I was prescribed ferrous sulfate 325 mg tablets. the bottle said to only take it once daily. well, i accidentally took 2 because i had forgot about the one i already took. will this cause any major medical problems or an overdose? thank you?

No problem. If you consumed the bottle as sometimes happens with toddlers, it would be cause symptoms. With two, I doubt you would notice any symptom and it would not have any serious effect on your system. If you have difficulty keeping track, invest in a pill canister with Sunday-Saturday initials and load your pills for daily use. If the date is empty, you took it.
