19-month-old son rolled off mattress on the floor onto hardwood. there was also a metal swiffer handle he rolled on top of. he cried and cried but otherwise seems ok what are the chances of long-term damage from this? thank you for your expertise?

Likely none: If the mattress was on the floor, he didn’t fall far, and was likely more scared than anything. If you don’t see any physical injuries, most likely there will be no long term effects.
