I have hypertension and am on medication. is a reading like 146/96 acceptable? also have dizziness and some nausea but no vomiting. slight headache but i also suffer from migraines?

Not good: Properly medicated hypertension should stay in the normal range, which this is not. This is not go to the ER now high but it is a reason to contact your doc & seek guidance to get into better control.
