Foot injury: This is of concern. When was your last tetanus shot? If none, within last ten years - you need one. Is it a puncture wound or a lengthy deep laceration? Is any glass embedded? Is bleeding controlled? Is skin gaping, especially with walking? Fatty tissue or other structures visible. Wound care may be necessary to possible include sutures.
