Some additive risks: 1 glass of wine a day is usually considered healthy. Of all nsaids, diclofenac has the highest risk of liver toxicity. Both alcohol and NSAID cause gastritis. Vicodin and alcohol both cause sedation. We usually try to avoid additive risks. A different NSAID with wine would be safer, and 3-4 hrs between wine and a vicodin would be safer. The 3 taken as you describe, are low risk, but not no risk.
