Why do my hands & feet itch after a glass of wine?

I suspect an allergic reaction or perhaps just vasodilation (similar to facial flush in some people). Try taking non-sedating antihistamine prior to next glass of wine. May have to try several different ones to find effective one, if in fact itch is due to allergy. Failing all, then vasodila
