For the last month or so my right arm where it bends on the forearm has been very painful especially front bent to straight position no new injuries or strain. there is even bruising not going away what could it mean. doesnt feel like muscle pain?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may try warm compresses and acetaminophen for pain. If it does not resolve in a week or two it would be prudent to see your doctor. Wish you good health!
