I need to get my annual bloodwork done and asked my doctor to include stds. on my paper it says 3 labs... cbc/diff (w/plt), cmp, and lipid panel. would std testing fall into any of those categories?

Hi Doctors, should I be worried if only alt is elevated 60, normal range (7-50). CBC and all other enzymes are all normal. Hepatitis A, B and C are all negative based on recent tests. All STD are negative too. I am 74 kg ,180 cm height. Not drinker.
