Can't guess: You should consider scheduling a visit with your doc. Only a review of your history, exam with vital signs & possibly tests could permit a reasoned response to your question. Falls are one of the more serious risks as you get older & may be due to a number of individual or overlapping issues.

Fall: Immediate followup after such a fall would be needed, ideally with your doc as a thorough exam, detailed history (specifically circumstances around fall, losing or not consciousness and so forth) followed by tests as felt needed. Most such events involve the heart brain axis and many are multifactorial.
