I'm really nervous to take metronidazole, just because the side effects sound really bad and i don't want to end up throwing up or feeling really sick! nether my mum of dad get sick off antibiotics but i'm still really scared to take it!

Prescriber: Talk to your prescriber about alternatives that will be appropriate for your condition. Metronidazole is in general better tolerated than other antibiotics otherwise.
