Anyone aware of an established telemed network, particularly pediatrics anywhere?

UVA has one: Uva has established a telemedicine program that covers all the sub specialties.

Yes: Uc davies has a program. The va system has a significant amount of experience with telemedicine, as do some university facilities in the south. You may wish to check with the american telemedicine association for more information. We do some telemedicine in nd but are in a rural area and our regulations are likely different.

Telemedicine: Hi! I've been looking into telemedicine for the past 6 months, and it is really just developing for pediatrics. A company called AmericanWell does have pediatrics, but it is just in the very new stages.

No: I have been searching for this also. There aren't any solely dedicated to pediatrics. Pediatrics is often a subgroup but not the main focus of the platform.
