Not likely : If your nose was broken, then it would be bruised and reallly painful. If an older student running into you, that could happen. It's not likely.

Yes: Yes, facial trauma can displace a straight septum or further displace a deviated septum. It would be a fracture displacement. See an ENT doc to assess/treat.

Depends: Depends on the force of impact and the angle of the impact. Most minor trauma would not break your nose but if you wants to know for sure. Ask your doctor to look at the nose. As for mild septal deviation- everyone has it since there is no such thing as a perfect nose.
