A member asked:

Hello, is hydrazole cream safe in pregnancy for an itch on feet? reading mixed things about this

A doctor has provided 1 answer

General rule: OTC Creams & lotions applied to the skin are not absorbed deeply enough to reach the bloodstream. Only meds that are ingested/injected can reach your blood which make it possible for them to reach the fetus. For that reason creams 7 lotions are considered safe.
