See Below: If you had sex since your last period and a home pregnancy test was positive, you do not need a blood test to diagnose pregnancy. However, for the sake of your and your baby's health, you should be under the care of a doctor, preferably an obstetrician. Take prenatal vitamins, available at your pharmacy.
