Need more work up: ecp works best if used right after unprotected sex as it works only if taken with in 3 days of unprotected sex.and still is not a 100 % effective method. If your preg test (-), and you are having no periods Next step is Beta hcg level to r/o pregnancy. If that is negative then you can see gyn for missed periods( without fear of pregnancy) as you may need more workup
