Agree with Dr. F: There would only be an issue if the baby is Rh positive. Just because the father is o positive does not always lead to the baby being Rh positive. Establish a relation with an obstetrician. You do not need to do any thing before you get pregnant but will need to be tested during pregnancy to see if treatment is warranted. The baby from first pregnancy is usually not at risk evenn if Rh positive.

I had a blood test at exactly 4wks after the first day of my last menstruation, and it was positive for pregnancy. Gynae wont give me a date for my first scan until I have more bloods done in a week as my beta quantitative levels were low... apparently..
After colonoscopy Gynae said I had erosion and used silver nitrate. Bled 4 days no other concerns, 3 week 3 days later today I had internal ultrasound and bled bright red. Im now worried again? Ultrasound advised speak GP?
