Obgyn: OBGYN's are generally the one who manage such, certainly talk to your PCP about it , so they are aware

Agree with Dr. F: There would only be an issue if the baby is Rh positive. Just because the father is o positive does not always lead to the baby being Rh positive. Establish a relation with an obstetrician. You do not need to do any thing before you get pregnant but will need to be tested during pregnancy to see if treatment is warranted. The baby from first pregnancy is usually not at risk evenn if Rh positive.
