COVID related pain: Orphenadrine (norflex) is a muscle relaxer. You could use this but a NSAID might be more beneficial. The World Health Organization reversed it's previous recommendations against use of NSAID's. Hope you feel better soon.

Muscle relaxant : Nor flex is a muscle relaxant. I doubt it would reduce muscle pain from Covid. NSAIDS lie ibuprofen or naproxen should help you.
