It's possible. But covid is diagnosed with a test, not by symptoms since someone can be infected and have no symptoms at all. Get tested.

Influenza usually presents with fever, but both COVID 19 and Flu testing may be performed. Rest, drink fluids, monitor breathing and temperature. Have a COVID 19 vaccination.
