I got my covid-19 booster today, and i was wondering if it was safe to take a 10mg cyclobenzaprine tablet for muscle spasms. last year, i had three er trips for costochondritis and i have to take a muscle relaxer when it flares up?

It is highly unusual for costochondritis to become severe enough for a visit to the ER. Cyclobenzaprine would not normally help. Would strongly urge a second opinion regarding all of this in order to provide precision in both diagnosis and treatment. A local medical school staff member might be an excellent choice.
