Hi docs i've been to 17 drs n specialistnow in 5 months. i'm 43. started with pain near elbow lymph nodes. then armpit lymphs. then behind the knee pain and groin pain n throb. burning pain inner thighs. arms burn. all bilateral. down to fingers toes?

I've been having some mild burning pain in the inner/under side of both thighs and have noticed there are small "lumps" along this region from groin down to knee underneath the skin. Are there lymph nodes in this region? What else could they be?

Both breasts burn and hurt/get sharp stabbing pain on the outer sides near the arms. Armpit pain as well, mainly the left side. Arm joints and elbows hurting, lymph nodes in groin hurting, painless lump on side of neck, painful lump on front of neck.
Sore, swollen lymph nodes under my right arm for 8 months. Spread to groin, & behind both knees. Ct scan neg. Had two sonograms under right arm, but surgeons say nodes not big enough to biopsy?
