Few months ago i had a heart echo but i was on beta blockers for svt/wpw at the time my heart turned out to be fine but my question is would the beta blockers mask if if there was anything wrong?

No: The beta blockers deal with the rhythm. They do not alter the appearance of heart structures during an echo.
