I am very stuffy and nothing seems to open my sinuses. i have taken antibiotics and have used a prescription nasal spray still stuffed up. i have used over the counter nasal spray but it only last hour a little over an hour. it is keeping me awake.

Nasal congestion: It sounds like you may have been over-treated, causing rebound nasal congestion. Try a saline nasal spray, i.e. no other active ingredients. If that doesn't help, see a doctor; do not use any other medications in the meantime. Good luck.
