You will be asked about characteristics of the headache, exacerbating and relieving factors, a general medical assessment and focused headache exam will be performed and you will likely be asked to have an imaging study done

Sinus infection: You may have a frontal sinuses infection, you should possibly have a CAT Scan of your sinuses to check if there is an infection not responding to meds in your frontal sinus.

Chronic sinusitis: You may have chronic sinusitis. This is a chronic bacterial infection of the sinuses. See your doctor, and they may prescribe medicines if indicated. Hope this helps!
