Congestion: Greetings. Your nasal congestion could be from a sinusitis. Saline nasal wash then Arion x 5 days then triamcinolone spray. After 5 days of afrin is complete, follow nasal wash with steroid spray. If this doesn't work, see your ENT doctor. An endoscopic nasal exam with a possible CT scan may point to your problem. Sinusitis: Sinusitis or a "stuffy nose" is notoriously difficult to treat. Some patients respond more favorably to different intranasal corticosteroids such as mometasone. Other people get benefit from intranasal anticholinergics such as ipraptroprium. Best of luck :)
