Nasal spray can help: Usually, the nose gets stuffed because of either mucus or just tissue swelling in the nose. With mucus, you can try to rinse it out with a saline nasal rinse. If mucus is cleared and you still have a stuffy nose, a steroid nasal spray can reduce swelling of the nasal passages and improve the stuffy nose.
