Last week slept in a friend of mine,she smoked a lot and i inhaled a lot of the cigarette's smoke.since that day my airway feels weird, like a sharp feeling, but i don't have a cough,though my chest hurts a bit.is it from the smoke or something else?

Well : This is a site for free information cannot evaluate chest pain here. Anybody with a chest pain should seek immediate medical evaluation. Particularly if the pain is on exertion or associate with shortness of breath or lightheadedness or coughing up blood or pain with breathing this could be signs of heart attack or pulmonary embolus
