Be seen by Dr ASAP: Moderate chest pain can be an emergency, especially if it is worsening. See a Dr at an urgent care or ER ASAP. The Dr's there can take a thorough history and do a thorough exam to determine if there is any serious underlying cause, which they can then treat emergently.
