2 problems: May or may not be related. Gum problems probably mean gum disease (infection). Difficulty opening g may be a jaw joint problem. Cabn't fix either with a pill, potion , or OTC. Please schedule with a local Dentist for a full evaluation, imaging, and possibly lab tests.
