Talk to your Dr.: Assuming that you have been under a doctor's care and have received a full course or two of prescription treatment, then you need to focus on potential sources of the spread. Scabies are notoriously hard to eradicate and may require multiple hot washes of sheets, clothes, towels, sealing away of rugs, jackets and bedspreads/comforters for weeks at a time, and treatment of your animals.
