Yes you can: Better take precautions because the next time might be an ectopic pregnancy. Your tubes need to be fixed again.

I guess so: If you had a miscarriage then your fertility has returned. Not sure how your tubes were burnt that fertility returned. This potentially means that you can have babies again.
