Dermatology: Hopefully you don't have infected bites. I would suggest topical Neosporin until seen by a skin specialist.

You need to follow..: ...up with your doctor. Crusting scabies is highly contagious. If you're pregnant, the last thing you want is to give it to a newborn. Get a pregnancy test. Find out if u have an underlying problem with your immune system. Confirm that this IS scabies and not an infection or eczema. You may need to see a dermatologist. I know it's frustrating but keep at it please!
