A member asked:

I have a bilateral sense of knee instability (its not really pain per say, it just feels weird). is this indicative of arthritis? i have ehlers danlos and im a lacrosse goalie which is notoriously hard on your knees.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Excess motion : As you are aware, your condition causes joint laxity. Your sensations reflect this. You should see a PMR doc or orthopoedist for knee braces which will allow you to function in the sport, but provide stability to the knee joints both to stop the ‘sensation’ and to offer protection against injury. Good luck, win big!
