By the time i got a prescription for antibiotics to treat my slight uti, my uti symptoms went away completely. should i still take the antibiotics? i don't want to lower my immunity by losing good bacteria.

Yes: The bacteria may be present and need to be treated by the antibiotic. Follow up with another urine screening test to ensure that your UTI is completely treated.
