Many causes : Daily headaches can have many causes, including medication overuse (which may require a guided weaning process), low blood sugar, caffeine withdrawal, infections, tumors, or even carbon monoxide poisoning just to name a few. If no vision problems/fever/numbness/etc you can try ibuprofen or Tylenol but with persistent daily headaches you really need a Dr evaluation 1st
