i wake up with headaches pretty much every day. what can i do to end that? i asked my neurologist and he did not know why that happens.

Osteopath: Twenties female who wakes w. Headaches not understood by neurologist should study muscle tension in neck muscles, especially superior trapezium. Pinch of these superior shoulder muscles might find one with greater size. If one is thicker ; tender this might indicate chronic one-sided head tilt ; associated muscle spasm. Underlying spinal scoliosis can explain. Best doctor to discern is osteopath.
