Probably: There are so many causes of what you describe, i cannot go into detail in 400 words. Please see either a regular physician or an ophthalmologist to have them check you out, and recommend a treatment plan.

See your doctor: Headaches that are so uncomfortable as to be massively painful should be evaluated. The twitching eyes may be associated with the headaches or a result of them. Either way, this should be evaluated promptly.

See dr.: Need to see a specialist, possibly a neurologist or a Dr. who deals with headaches. Don't wait. Could be a TMJ/TMD issue.
