So, i had a sudden pain in my right calf and for the last 30 minutes its felt like its in an ice bath. it feels colder to the touch as well. cause for concern?

Muscle tear?: If this happened during a sudden lunge movement it could be a tear f the gastrosoleus or plantaris muscle in the calf. Usually the muscle contracts & there is a small mass or “knot” there. Ice alternating with heat, & ibuprofen can help, but orthopedic Dr eval is a good idea. Pain could also be due to a nerve irritation
