Possible Baker cyst: Consult an orthopedic expert. These cysts are usually benign and can be drained in the office setting; however, you must be evaluated for any other possible knee lump causes.

Lu: it may be a little cyst but it does not sound of any importance. If it is not bothering you the just leave it alone. If it gets bigger or painful let your doctor have a look at it

Knees: Lumps and bumps around joints like the knee ,usually arise from the joint. Usually if they enlarge quickly and or are associated with pain ,then get them checked . Those that r behind the knee can compress blood vessels which can produce intermittent calf tightness
