Hard to say: The potential for any further growth will depend on whether growth centers in your bones are open. Most close by 17-18 in males. An x-ray of your wrist/hand can be evaluated for bony maturity. If the growth centers are closed you are finished.

Agree with Dr. F: You should take vitamin D3 supplementation for bone health. It is not feasible to state if you will grow taller, as that is a matter of your genetics.
