you may have undiagnosed glaucoma or if you are highly near sighted your retina NFL would be thinned as a result. Further testing would be needed like a visual field, and corneal thickness measurements

Strongly urge you follow up as recommended by Dr. Yanik. The next step is to see an Ophthalmologist and have all of this further evaluated.
