Low?: In theory, your patch should have been giving you protection. But, even after the first full cycle, you are only covered 98 percent, which means 2 percent chance of getting pregnant each cycle. If you do not want to get pregnant, then the only 100 percent birth control is abstinence. Otherwise, always use condoms with your patch, not only for contraception but for std protection as well.
