Fertility Drugs?: If no fertility drugs, since you have already had fraternal twins, you have proven the fact your ovaries can (and have) released more than 1 egg per menstrual cycle. So, your odds of having another set is 4 times higher than the general population. That converts into about 1 in 3000 pregnancies. If you are a fraternal twin, you have a 1 in 17 chance of having twins (which you already did!).

Very low: If it is natural pregnancy and not assisted, chances of 2 sets of twins for the same woman is very low.
