Good day, i just wanted to find out, my 13year old son woke up this morning with like 50 or more tiny pimples on his face, what could it be, he mentioned its only itchy on his head not his face?

Acne: At this age, acne is a common cause. Try acne facial products found over the counter and avoid oil based cream in the area.

Basics: If this truly came up over night it is likely a reaction to something he put on his face/head. if so, just wash all areas involved with a soap he has tolerated in the past & it should fade in a few days. Encourage him to avoid using it again.
