It's your choice whether you keep them or have them lasered off. There are photos online; see if they match, and check with your physician next time you visit.

Need details: There are benign lesions that can be found on the genitals which are not viral or due to stds. These usually don't need treatment unless for cosmetic reasons. Best thing to do is to have it checked by a dermatologist. An example of a common condition found on the head of the penis is pearly penile papules (see photo).
