Likely reaction: This is likely to a makeup/lotion/soap or other agent that was in contact with those areas. If so it should fade within days if you do not re-apply the agent. You can test such agents by applying them to the pad of a band-aid & applying that to clear skin. If it breaks out a day later your skin doesn't like it.
