Local and work: Regulations. Quarantine is now in many places 10 days, from previously 14 days. Some institutions require a negative test to return to work, while others do not. If you wonder if you developed antibodies after being exposed, a blood test may answer that question.

COVID 19: Because you work in the medical field, you might be required by your job to have a negative COVID 19 test result. A swab PCR test can determine if you have active infection. A serum antibody test would show if there was infection after the fact.
