How much water should i drink each day, i'm a 16 year old athletic male who plays lacrosse for 2-2.5 hours every day?

Drink and eat plenty: With a balanced diet you should drink as much as you can handle. Drink until not thirsty throughout the day prior to performance, then small amounts throughout your sport. Afterward, i generally suggest drinking until not thirsty, then add and extra 8 oz onto your total.
