Resistant candida?: First, the diagnosis should be confirmed by an expert -- ideallly by a gynecologist who specializes in infections (just in case it's not yeast). Second, up to 10% of vaginal yeast infections are due to non-albicans Candida (e.g. C. glabrata), which often are resistant to all "azole" drugs, including fluconazole (Diflucan) and terconazole (Terzol). You might need micafungin or a related treatment.
