Havent been feeling well at all. blood smear showed large/giant platelets present/rbc morphology present/poikilocytosis 2+ /wbc 11.1 rbc 5.41/keystones 15, trace blood urine, bp elevation now on bp meds. what can cause those results(blood smear)?
