COVID 19: Rest, hydration, acetaminophen, decongestant, cough med & nasal saline irrigation may help mild symptoms. Make sure to quarantine. Get emergency care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face or new-onset of confusion. Recommend testing. If in ZA - a medical provider will need to be consulted & will need to make referral. In USA, policy differs by state.
